Eligibility for Returns: Customers who have made a purchase on Giztech.co.nz for auto parts are eligible for returns if the part is undamaged and returned within 7 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will initiate a refund. Please note that a 10% charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Warranty and Faulty Goods: If the goods or services provided have a manufacturing fault or are damaged, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us to inform us of the issue, and we will arrange for the faulty part to be returned. Once we receive the faulty part, we will ship the replacement or process the refund. There will be no labor or service charges for warranty claims.

Warranty Period:

  • Key Probs: 3 years warranty for body blade and electronic parts, excluding water damage, keypad wear and tear, and key blade wear and tear. Please note that we do not accept returns for keys that are programmed to a worn vehicle or do not match the correct part number. Contact us for assistance in such cases.
  • Brand New Ignition Coils: 6 months or 10,000 km full warranty. No labor or service charges will be covered.
  • Used Parts: 3 months warranty.
  • Other Brand-New Electronic Sensors and Actuators: 12 months or 20,000 km warranty.

Return Process: Please contact us to initiate the return process. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your address. Once we receive the returned goods, we will ship the replacement part to you.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a faulty or defective product, GizTech.co.nz will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Options: We offer two refund options: refunding the amount to the original payment method or providing a replacement part.

Lost Packages: If a customer hasn’t received their shipment within 10 days, please contact us or the courier company with the provided tracking number. If the package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement as per your original order.
